Work tasks

This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to ensure a seamless and positive experience for customers in the clothing and fashion industry.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide information about products, services, and order status.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and courteously.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Assist with returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
