Documentation Engineer

You will collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and quality teams, playing a vital part in delivering compliant and user-friendly documentation to our global customers.

Work tasks

This role involves compiling, reviewing, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of comprehensive documentation packages for customer projects within the food and life science sectors.

• Assist in preparing, maintaining, and updating system manuals and technical documentation packages for customer projects.
• Create clear instructions and descriptions for operators, covering system functions and operating conditions.
• Support quality control of documentation to ensure compliance with rules, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with factories, engineers, and project managers to collect and organize documentation.
• Manage several small- and mid-size customer projects simultaneously, following established schedules and budgets.
• Archive documentation and manage document transmittals.
• Communicate with internal teams about documentation requirements and deliverables.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic project management skills
• Advanced knowledge of English
• Advanced knowledge of Finnish
• Structured and organized approach to work
• Team player with strong collaboration skills
• Strong communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders

It is meritorious if you have

• Good knowledge of Swedish
• Experience working in the Pharmaceutical or Food and Beverage industries
• Understanding of GMP/GDP (Good Manufacturing Practice/Good Documentation Practice)
• University degree in engineering or a related technical field
• Prior experience in an industrial setting, such as a summer job or internship
