Documentation Engineer

About the role

This role involves compiling and reviewing complete customer documentation packages and supporting the creation and delivery of high-quality technical documentation and system manuals for high-speed separator systems. You will ensure documentation for customer projects is accurate, compliant, and user-friendly, collaborating closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders.

Work tasks

As a Documentation Engineer, you will be instrumental in managing and delivering technical documentation for our advanced separator systems, ensuring compliance and clarity for our global clients.

• Assist in preparing, maintaining, and updating system manuals and technical documentation packages for customer projects.
• Create clear instructions and descriptions for operators, covering system functions and operating conditions.
• Support quality control of documentation to ensure compliance with rules, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Help ensure documentation packages meet GMP/GDP and internal standards.
• Coordinate with factories, engineers, and project managers to collect and organize documentation.
• Manage several small- and mid-size customer projects simultaneously, following established schedules and budgets.
• Archive documentation and manage document transmittals.

We are looking for

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Good knowledge of Project Management principles
• Advanced English proficiency
• Advanced organizational and structured working skills
• Good collaboration and communication skills with various stakeholders

It is meritorious if you have

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or food and beverage industries
• Understanding of GMP/GDP (Good Manufacturing Practice/Good Documentation Practice)
• Good Swedish language skills
• Experience working in an industrial company setting
