As a Tech Lead, you will guide a development team, fostering an environment of autonomy and innovation. Your primary responsibilities include developing new features, leading architectural discussions, and mentoring junior team members.

We are looking for

• Good knowledge of Web-Based Systems
• Good knowledge of HTML
• Good knowledge of JavaScript
• Good knowledge of Responsive Design
• Good knowledge of Mobile Platforms
• Good knowledge of Solution Design
• Basic knowledge of English
• Completed university studies in systems development or other relevant education
• At least 2 years of experience in systems development

It is meritorious if you have

• Basic knowledge of Blazor Server
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure
• Basic knowledge of Finnish
